Ministries and Outreach

Children are precious gifts from God and we welcome families with little ones. Children's ministry opportunities include:

• Sundays
  • Sunday School at 9:45 am
  • Children's Church at 11:00 am
• Wednesdays
  • Faith Builders Kids Club at 6:00 pm

Throughout the year there are additional ministry opportunities including Vacation Bible School and our annual Christmas Play.

 WHFMS is here to encourage, equip and empower women for personal and group development and effective service in ministries and missions at home and abroad. Meeting the needs of women by providing encouragement in: Christian spiritual growth, Fellowship, Outreach, Service, Leadership development and Mentoring.

After Bible Study on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, the men gather during the ladies' WHFMS meeting.  This is a great time for the men to fellowship with one another.

Located just outside our sanctuary, our Blessing Box is a small food pantry with nonperishable food items.  Other items placed in the box include warm socks, toiletries and Bibles.  

The box was intended for the public to share in both contributing to the Blessing Box as well as receiving needed items from the box.

If you would like to make a donation to our Blessing Box, stop by and help fill it up.

Our church has partnered with West Bay Elementary School to support the students and staff. 

Ways we assist:

Annual School Supply Drive:  Provides school supplies for teachers and students.

Angel Tree:  Provides Christmas gifts for needy children.

Teacher Appreciation:  Provides an annual luncheon for all staff members to show them how much we appreciate them.

Camp Suwannee is a ministry of the Florida Conference of Advent Christian Churches
